Sunflower Artistry — Prize Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is operated by Sunflower Artistry, a UK-based independent arts business.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland only.

• Entrants must be 18 years or over.

• By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

• Select your chosen entry bundle.

• Answer the skill question at checkout.

• Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw.

• At checkout, please select “Digital Product” to avoid shipping charges on entry purchases.

4. Entry Bundles
Entries are available as follows:

• 1 entry for £3

• 3 entries for £8

• 5 entries for £10

• 10 entries for £18
  Each paid entry counts as a separate entry into the draw.

5. Competition Closing Date

• Entries close at 23:59 on 23rd December 2025.

• No entries will be accepted after this time.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place on 24th December 2025.

• The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. The Prize
The winner may choose one of the following:

• The original 12x16” penguin painting (acrylic on stretched canvas)

• A full art kit + tutorial to paint their own version, including canvas, outline, paints, brushes, guide and video link.

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be posted after Christmas, once standard postal services resume.

• Prize delivery to UK mainland addresses only.

• Shipping costs for the prize are fully covered by the promoter.

9. No Cash Alternative

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

• Once an entry is submitted, no refunds can be offered unless required by law.

• If the competition cannot proceed for unforeseen reasons, all paid entries will be refunded.

11. Data Protection

• Personal data is used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner.

• Details will not be shared or used for unrelated marketing without consent.

12. Fairness & Compliance

• The promoter reserves the right to void, amend or suspend the competition if it becomes necessary to do so.

• Any attempt to circumvent the rules or submit false information may result in disqualification.

• Incorrect Answers

  Entries with incorrect answers to the skill question will not be entered into the final draw.
  No refunds will be issued for entries submitted with incorrect answers, as the requirement to answer correctly forms part of the competition rules.
