Trouble Accessing a Live Zoom Session?
If you're having trouble joining one of our live Zoom sessions, don’t worry — here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get connected. ✅ 1. First Things First: Find Your Zoom Link When you book a session, your Zoom link will be in: Your confirmation email (sent right after booking) Your reminder email(s) (sent a day or two before the event) 💌 Can’t Find the Email? Check Spam or Junk Folders Depending on your email provider, event emails might land in spam/promotions folders. Here's how to check: Gmail (Web & App): Look in the “Promotions”, “Updates”, or “Spam” tabs Use the search bar: 🔍 Type “Sunflower Artistry Zoom” or “Your event booking” Outlook/Hotmail/Live: Go to the Junk Email folder Search “Sunflower Artistry” or the event name Mark the email as Not Junk to avoid future issues Yahoo Mail: Check Spam, then search “Sunflower” or “Zoom” Add info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk to your contacts list Apple Mail: Go to Junk or use the search bar to search "Zoom" or "Sunflower Artistry" Still can’t find it? Log into your email using a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) to check again 🔗 2. I Found the Email, But the Link Isn’t Working Clicking the Zoom link should take you straight into the session, but here’s what to do if it doesn’t: General Tips: Make sure you're clicking the full link (not a cut-off version) Try copying and pasting the link into your browser Still stuck? Email us at info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk 📱 3. Device-Specific Zoom Access Help On a Laptop or Desktop (PC or Mac): Click the Zoom link If prompted, click “Open Zoom” or “Download & Run Zoom” If your browser doesn’t launch Zoom, click “Join from your browser” under the blue button On a Tablet or Phone (iPhone, iPad, Android): Install the Zoom app beforehand (free on App Store/Google Play) Open the Zoom app before the session Tap the link in your email, and it should open the app If asked, enter your name and Meeting ID (this will be in the email too) 💡 TIP: Join a few minutes early the first time — some devices may need updates or permissions. 🔐 4. Access Denied or Password Needed? Most of our Zoom sessions use secure links, so you shouldn't need a password If Zoom prompts for one, it will be in the email (usually auto-filled if you're using the link) 🚨 Still Can’t Get In? We are not techy so it may be we can only get you the video afterwards. We cannot be held responsible for technical issues due to everyone's individual settings and devices.

Trouble Accessing Video Tutorials or Recordings?
This guide will help you get back to painting in no time — whether you've purchased a single tutorial, you're a member of Sunflower Studio, or you've been sent a recording of a live Zoom session. 🔹 A. I Purchased a One-Off Video Tutorial Once you've paid, your video is ready to stream immediately on the website — no downloads or separate emails needed. ✅ How to Watch: After checkout, stay on the site — you'll be directed to the video page. You can also find your purchased video by: Logging into your account on sunflowerartistry.co.uk Navigating to the Video Library section 💡 If you’re seeing a payment screen instead of your video, it usually means you’re not logged in. Log in with the same email you used when buying the video, then try again. ⚠️ A Note on Downloads: Most videos are for streaming only and do not include a download option. If your system offers one, you’re welcome to save it for personal use — but we can’t offer technical support for video file storage or retrieval. 🌻 B. I’m a Sunflower Studio Member If you're a Full or Lite member, your video access depends on your tier: 🌻 Full Membership: Unlimited access to the Studio Vault Stream all tutorials, masterclasses, and courses Access new content as it’s released each month 🌱 Lite Membership: Access to 3 curated videos per month, refreshed monthly Stream via your private Lite members’ page No access to vault, downloads, or bonus content To Access Your Videos: Go to sunflowerartistry.co.uk Log in with the email linked to your membership Navigate to: Studio Vault (Full members) Lite Access Page (Lite members) 🎥 C. I Was Sent a Zoom Recording (e.g. from a Live Class) If you attended (or missed) a live Zoom session and were sent a link: Your video link is valid for around 2 weeks (sometimes longer) These links are hosted externally (e.g. Zoom or Vimeo) and are not part of your account dashboard If your link has expired, feel free to get in touch — we’ll help where we can, but re-access isn’t always guaranteed 💡 Still Can’t Access? Here are a few quick things to check: Are you logged in with the same email you used to purchase or join? Have you checked your spam/junk/promotions folder for emails? Are you using an up-to-date browser like Chrome or Safari? Trouble Using a Discount Code?
If you're trying to apply a promo code but it’s not working — or you can’t even find where to enter it — you’re not alone! Here’s exactly how to do it on our Wix checkout system. 🔍 Where to Enter a Discount Code (Wix Website) When you’re checking out (whether for a membership, event, or video), here’s what to look for: 💻 On Desktop: Add the item to your cart Click “Checkout” On the right-hand side, look for the “Have a promo code?” or “Apply Coupon” text box Type your code in and click Apply 💡 This box is often quite small and can be easy to miss — it's usually beneath the total price or under any login prompt. 📱 On Mobile: After tapping “Checkout,” scroll down past your contact/payment details Look for a section that says “Have a promo code?” Tap it to reveal the input box, enter your code, and tap Apply ❗ Common Issues & Fixes 🔸 The code won’t apply? Double-check for typos (codes are case-sensitive!) Make sure the code is still valid and hasn’t expired Some codes only work for specific products or tiers — check the offer terms 🔸 The code applied, but the discount didn’t show? Try refreshing the page after applying it On mobile, scroll back up to the total to see the new price 🔸 Still not working? If you’re missing booking confirmations, newsletter updates, or class reminders — they may have landed in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Here's how to find them and make sure they land in your inbox next time, across all major email providers and device types. 📧 Step 1: Search for Our Emails Search your inbox using: “Sunflower Artistry” “info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk” “Zoom link” or “Your booking” If that doesn’t work, follow the instructions below for your specific provider ↓ 🔍 Step 2: Check Your Spam/Junk/Promotions Folder And Tell Your Email It’s Not Spam 📩 Gmail ✅ On Desktop: Look under “Promotions”, “Updates”, or “Spam” tabs If found, open the email and click “Not spam” Drag the email to your Primary tab to teach Gmail it’s important ✅ On Mobile (Gmail app): Tap the ☰ menu (top left) > Spam Open the email and tap the 3-dot menu > Mark as not spam 📩 Outlook / Hotmail / Live ✅ On Desktop: Check “Junk Email” in the sidebar If the email is there, right-click it > Mark as not junk Add info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk to your Safe Senders list (Settings > Mail > Junk Email) ✅ On Mobile (Outlook app): Tap the ☰ menu > Junk Tap the message > Tap 3 dots > Move to Inbox 📩 Yahoo Mail ✅ On Desktop: Go to your Spam folder Open the email and click “Not spam” Click the sender’s name > Add to contacts ✅ On Mobile: Tap the ☰ menu > Spam Open the message > Tap Move > Inbox 📩 Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac) ✅ On iPhone/iPad: Open the Mail app > Go to Junk If found, open the message and tap the flag icon > Move to Inbox Tap the sender name and choose Add to Contacts ✅ On Mac: Open Mail > Go to Junk Drag the email into your Inbox Click the sender address > Add to Contacts 🔐 Step 3: Whitelist or Safe List Our Email If your platform allows it, add info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk to your “Safe Sender” or “Whitelist” to ensure delivery. 💌 Step 4: Still Not Receiving Emails? If you're having trouble accessing your Sunflower Studio membership, video purchases, or your account dashboard, this guide will help you log in, reset your password, and fix common issues. 🔐 Step 1: How to Log In To access any purchased content or members-only pages, you must be logged into your account on the Sunflower Artistry website. 💻 On Desktop: Go to www.sunflowerartistry.co.uk Click Log In (top-right corner of the website) You may be taken to a screen that says “Sign Up” — don’t worry! 👉 At the top right of that screen, you’ll see “Log In” — click that Enter your email and password to access your account 📱 On Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰ — usually in the top left or right corner) At the very top of the menu, tap “Log In” If the next screen says “Sign Up”, look in the top right corner and tap “Log In” Enter your login details to continue 💡 It’s a small link, but that “Log In” button is key if you’ve already registered or made a purchase. 🔁 Step 2: Forgot Your Password? I Haven’t Received My Zoom Recording or a Reply to My Email
We know you're excited to revisit your session — and we're so glad you want to keep painting! Here's what to do if you’re still waiting on your video link after attending a live Zoom class, or if you’ve emailed us but haven’t heard back yet. 🎥 “Where’s My Video Link?” If you joined a live Zoom class and were expecting a recording: Recordings can take up to 5 days to be uploaded and shared They are sent manually, and you’ll receive a link by email when it’s ready The link usually comes from info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk — check your spam/junk folders just in case ⏳ Still waiting after 5 days? Please drop me a quick, friendly email and I’ll get it re-sent as soon as I can: 📧 info@sunflowerartistry.co.uk 💬 “I’ve Emailed You But Haven’t Had a Reply” I totally understand how frustrating it can be to wait — and I truly appreciate your patience. Sunflower Artistry is a one-woman show, and alongside raising two young children, I also manage ASD, ADHD, and a chronic illness, which sometimes means my replies are slower than I’d like. I do read every email, and I’ll always respond — sometimes it just takes a little longer. If it's been a few days, please feel free to gently follow up with a second email. How to Cancel Your Sunflower Studio Membership
If you're a Full or Lite member and would like to cancel your subscription, here's how to do it yourself through our site. 🔐 Step 1: Log Into Your Account 💻 On Desktop: Go to www.sunflowerartistry.co.uk Click Log In at the top-right corner Use the email and password you signed up with 📱 On Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) At the very top of the menu, tap Log In If you land on a sign-up screen, look to the top-right and tap Log In Enter your details and log in 🧾 Step 2: Navigate to “My Subscriptions” Once logged in: Click your profile icon or name at the top of the website Select My Subscriptions from the dropdown menu This page shows all active subscriptions tied to your account. ❌ Step 3: Cancel Your Plan Find your Sunflower Studio membership under the list of active plans Click the More Actions arrow beside it Select Cancel Subscription Confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel If cancellation isn’t working or you don’t see the option, that means the cancellation toggle might be disabled. Please contact us directly — we're always happy to help. ⏳ What Happens After Cancelling? Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual) It will not renew automatically after that Please note: There are no refunds for memberships 💬 Step 4: Need Further Help?
