Shipping and Delivery Terms

General Processing and Shipping

  • Orders for in-stock, non-personalised items are processed and shipped within 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • Orders for pre-order, customised, personalised, or made-to-order items will be processed and shipped according to the specific details provided on the individual item's page. Please review these details carefully before placing your order.

  • You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and another email when your order has been shipped.

Combined Orders

  • Orders combining in-stock and customised/pre-order/personalised/made-to-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for these items and customised orders respectively.

Personalised Orders via Third Parties

  • Orders for personalised items processed through our third-party providers will be shipped individually as soon as they are ready, with postage included in the item price.

Delivery Charges

  • Postage costs are based on approximate weight, used solely for postage calculations and may not reflect the item's actual weight.

  • Mini prints, bookmarks, keyrings, and cards: £2.00 postage for up to a large letter size delivery.

  • All other items: £3.50 postage, with free delivery on orders over £100.

  • Small furniture items (e.g., bedside cabinets): £20 via courier. Larger items are available for pickup only or customer-arranged courier.

Shipping Options

  • Shipping charges and options, including local delivery within 5 miles of Sudbury for £2, will be displayed at checkout. This option is only available to residents within the specified area.

  • Free collection is available at Just Creations, Gaol Lane, Sudbury CO10 1JL during opening hours.

  • Standard postage via 2nd Class Royal Mail typically takes 2-5 days. Please allow extra time during strikes or extreme weather conditions. This allows proof of postage and delivery.

  • In the unlikely event an item hasn't arrived within 15 working days, we will initiate a Royal Mail investigation on your behalf.

International and Out of Area Orders

  • Mainland UK shipping is available at checkout. For orders outside mainland UK, please contact us for a delivery quote. Orders placed for out-of-area locations may be subject to cancellation and a refund, less a £5 administration fee.

Local Delivery and Pickup

  • Local delivery within a 5-mile radius of Sudbury is available for £2. For delivery up to 30 miles, please contact us for a quote.

  • Pickup is available from Just Creations in Sudbury or directly from us by arrangement.

International Shipping

  • We provide international shipping upon request. Please contact us with your full address for a delivery quote.

  • Orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Status and Inquiries

  • Upon shipping, you will receive an email dispatch confirmation. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available but this may need to be requested as it is a manual process for us to send.

  • If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at with your name and order number.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Sunflower Artistry, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our handcrafted and hand-painted items. Given the nature of our products, some imperfections are inherent and add to the charm of each piece.

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges for items in their original, unaltered condition up to 14 days after delivery. This policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing we understand the need for flexibility.

Personalised and Custom Orders

  • Due to the bespoke nature of personalized, custom, or made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty. We strive to ensure every custom piece is crafted to your specifications and meets our high standards of quality.

Order Accuracy

  • When placing an order for personalised or custom items, please double-check all spellings, dates, and other submitted information. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or alterations for errors made by the customer. However, if the mistake is ours, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for any exchanges or returns, except in cases of faulty items. We recommend that you return items securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them to your satisfaction.
