SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays for all in-stock, non personalised items.
Any order that is a pre-order, customised, personalised or made to order, will be made and shipped as per the individual item details. Please ensure you read these before placing an order.
You will receive an email to confirm your order and a further email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that if you place an order that contains both pre-order/customised/personalised/made to order and in-stock items directly from Sunflower Artistry or Meadow Edge, we will not ship until your full order is ready. If you would like items shipped separately, please check out your pre-order/custom/personalised/made to order items together and place another order for your in-stock items.
Personalised orders via our third party providers (It will state this in the product listing) will be sent individually as they are completed and postage is factored into the price.
Postage is calculated and based on weight. Weight is approximate and is only used to set our postage calculations and does not represent the actual weight of the item. Mini prints, bookmarks, keyrings and cards charged at £2.00 postage up to a large letter size delivery. All other items are £3.50 with free delivery with orders over £100. Small furniture items such as beside cabinets are £20 via courier but larger pieces are pick up only or you can arrange your own courier.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be offered an option of a local delivery within 5 miles of Sudbury for £2, please only select this option if you live within this area.
Free collection is available via Just Creations on Gaol Lane Sudbury CO10 1JL during their opening hours.
Postage is via tracked Royal Mail and standard postage is 2-5 days on average. Please allow extra time in the event of strikes or extreme weather.
We can only raise a case with Royal Mail if items have not arrived in 10 working days. At this point we will raise the case on your behalf but we will need some time to correspond with Royal Mail before we can determine an outcome and hopefully recover your parcel. As parcels are sent tracked, we have not previously encountered issues.
Postage available at checkout is currently for mainland UK only.
If you live outside of mainland UK, please get in touch with your address and what you would like to order and we can provide a price for delivery. In the event an order is placed to an out of area location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less £5 administration fee.
We can deliver all items, including furniture within 5 miles of Sudbury for £2. Please only select this option if you are within this radius of Sudbury. We can deliver up to 30 miles away or there abouts, but there would be an additional charge. Please get in touch for a quote.
Pick up from Just Creations in Sudbury town centre or from my home address in Sudbury is available upon request. Date and time of collection for home pick up must be arranged otherwise we will notify you once your order is ready to collect from Just Creations. Pick up, as the shop is small, must be within 3 days after notification it is available to collect.
We offer international shipping to all countries however this is by arrangement and we will need the full address to obtain a quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sunflower Artistry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items are handmade or hand painted by Sunflower Artistry unless stated otherwise and some imperfections are to be expected. If an item is unaltered then we can accept exchanges up to 14 days after delivery.
Items from Meadow Edge are generally branded items and if handmade, this will be specified in the product listing.
If your order is personalised/custom/made to order then returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.
Please ensure you check any spellings, dates or any other information submitted for custom or personalised additions to items. If the customer has made a mistake, we are unable to refund or alter. If we have made an error, we will replace the item.
Return shipping, unless the item is faulty, is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are well packaged.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
