Some events operate a direct booking service where the venue handles bookings directly. I have no control over these bookings and cannot assist if your plans change. For bookings made directly with me, I operate a cancellation policy where I don't offer refunds but can provide an art kit as a replacement, which can be posted to any address in the UK mainland. To request this, you must notify us within 48 hours either side of the event.

Yes, events are suitable for complete beginners unless otherwise stated. It is fun art, not fine art, so everyone has a good time.

We work with acrylic paint unless otherwise stated, which may stain clothes. Aprons are provided, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. Please dress accordingly.

Yes, most sessions run on time. On rare occasions, we might slightly overrun, but we keep you informed during the session if this happens. We typically allow 2.5 hours of paint time for most sessions, although we generally need less than that.

Don't worry! If you can't complete your painting during the session, we can email you instructions on how to finish it afterward. Additionally, we'll provide you with some paint and brushes to take home so you can complete the painting at your own pace. We operate a "brushes down" policy to prevent overthinking, but we understand that some people prefer to work at their own speed. This free take-home service ensures everyone can finish their artwork comfortably.

I offer a wide range of private events including birthday parties, team-building activities, socials, charity events, fundraisers, kids' birthdays, hen parties, and more. If you have a specific idea or requirement, feel free to reach out and discuss it with me. I also provide art kits for a more DIY approach, and events can be held remotely as well.

Yes, I can attend a venue of your choice. In some cases, we can also provide venues. There is a small charge for travel outside 30 minutes of Sudbury, Suffolk, with more details available in our info pack and booking form.

Yes, we work with a fantastic drag act called Aqua the Marine. She is newer to the scene and fairly priced, and she loves to work with themes. Feel free to get in touch if you want to add some drag to your event.

I cannot offer free in-person classes, but I do have a special charity rate for non-profits and charities. Please get in touch for more information.

There is no strict minimum or maximum number of participants. However, prices per person are higher for smaller groups, and for larger groups, we may need additional assistants and equipment like projectors. For groups above 60, we adapt our setup to ensure everyone can participate effectively.
