⏰ 1. Timings & Arrivals

• Start Times: Classes begin promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early so you’re settled and ready to go.

​

• Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, the session will still go ahead as planned — we won’t be able to extend the end time.

​

🧾 2. Booking & Cancellations

​

• All bookings are non-refundable. This helps us plan materials, staffing, and venue use fairly for all.

​

• Can’t attend?
  You can request a take-home art kit (where available) instead. Please let us know within 48 hours either side of the event date to arrange this. It can take us a week or so to process the kit.

​

🎨 3. Materials & Personal Belongings

​

• Everything you need is included unless stated otherwise.

​

• Take care of your things – we can’t accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

​

• Paint warning! The paints we use may stain. Aprons are provided, but we can’t guarantee full protection.

​

🌿 4. Safety, Behaviour & Supervision

​

• Behaviour: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and kindly. Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

​

• Supervision Guidelines:

  • Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult (adults attend free but must reserve a space).

  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at events in licensed venues.

  • Some family events may allow more flexibility — please check the individual listing.

​

• Additional care needs: If your child requires 1:1 support, a parent or guardian must stay for the full session, as we’re not able to provide additional care staff.

​

🏛️ 5. Venues, Accessibility & Parking

​

• We work in multiple venues across East Anglia, and some may have limitations (e.g., access, loos, heating).

​

• Please check with the venue directly if you have specific needs.

​

• Parking varies by location and is outside of our control.

​

🍪 6. Food & Drink

​

• Allergies: We’ll do our best to accommodate allergy needs, but can’t guarantee an entirely allergen-free space. Please notify us in advance. We ask that no nuts are consumed at our events due to my own allergy.

​

• Refreshments:

  • Some sessions include free drinks or snacks — this varies by event.

  • Soft drinks only for under-18s. Proof of age may be required for adult refreshments in licensed venues.

  • Please avoid bringing snacks with nuts, to protect others with allergies.

​

🎨 7. Post-Session & Take-Home Projects

​

• Children’s Collection: Please arrive 15 minutes before the end of the session to collect your child. Late collection may incur additional charges.

​

• Didn’t finish your painting? No problem! We’re happy to provide leftover paints and email you the steps so you can complete it at home.
