We're excited to see you in one of our art classes! This page contains essential details about our policies and session, whether you're joining us online or in person.
Please read carefully to ensure you have the best possible experience.
Our mission is to ignite the joy of art in everyone. We believe that art is not just a skill, but a journey of self-expression and personal growth. Our goal is to empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to develop their artistic confidence and abilities. Through engaging classes, supportive environments, and a focus on creative exploration, we strive to make art accessible and enjoyable for all. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, our commitment is to guide you in discovering your unique artistic voice and to celebrate the process of creation as much as the masterpiece itself. Join us in this vibrant journey, where every brushstroke is a step towards self-discovery and every canvas, a story waiting to be told
Booking and Attendance:
1. Reservations: Advance booking is essential for all classes due to limited spots.
2. Arrival Time:
In-Person Sessions: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will only be admitted if we have not progressed past the first
background stage of the artwork.
Online Sessions: Log in a few minutes before the class start time. Please note, arrivals later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted to ensure a seamless class experience for all participants.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds:
1. Notice Period: Inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule for another class (at our discretion) within three months, subject to availability, if you provide the required notice. We can only allow one date change and you can only change to a class of the same value.
3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice or with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your booking. However, you can opt to receive an art kit for the missed session if claimed within 48 hours after the session.
4. Refunds: Please note that bookings are non-refundable.
During the Class:
1. Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting paint on. We provide aprons, but complete paint protection is not guaranteed.
2. Behaviour: We expect respectful and
considerate behaviour towards fellow participants and instructors.
3. Class Pace: Our sessions are relaxed and enjoyable. Feel free to work at your own pace, focusing on the process rather than perfection but the class overall will be jogged along with guided instructions. Printed instructions are also provided to allow self pacing.
4. If you need to take your work home to complete, we are able to provide some paint and brushes to do this.
5. Time Constraints - While we allow for a little extra time, we must adhere to our venue's schedule, so we can't extend the session indefinitely. Sessions cannot extend past 3 hours.
