4.2 Cancellation: Memberships are flexible and can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.

4.3 Promotions: Discount codes are subject to specific terms and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Event Bookings

5.1 Reservations: Event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5.2 Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for event cancellations. Depending on the event booked, you may be eligible to receive an art kit as an alternative. In some cases, it may be possible to attend an alternative class, subject to availability, within 6 months of the original booking date. This option can only be used once per booking.

5.3 Custom Events: For private or customised events, additional terms may apply, which will be communicated upon booking.

6. Product Purchases

6.1 Orders: All product orders are subject to availability. In case a product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
