- Arrival: Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to get settled in.

- Seating: We operate a seating plan, but please note that occasionally we may need to adjust seating arrangements. We will always ensure that guests who book together are seated together.

- Booking: Advance booking is essential. Bookings are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, you can request an art kit of the planned topic to be sent to you after the event.
