Adopt a Duck! Duck Painting Workshop

This unique workshop allows you to book your own duck for adoption! You'll be able to paint, personalise, and embellish your own bamboo duck to take home. Suitable for all ages.

Please book the size and style ducks you wish to adopt and then just add the number of people attending. Please do not book more than two people per duck purchased. Make sure to read the ticket descriptions carefully before participating, as there won't be any extra ducks on event day. Every duck is handmade and will have slight differences in stance, head position, colouring and more! Plus, they each have their own unique character with freckles, knots and their special personalities.

This workshop includes refreshments and cakes/biscuits! We'd kindly ask you to let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. Moreover, don't worry about the paints and varnishes—we'll only be using non toxic ones. We will provide an apron as acrylic paint does not wash out of clothing.

I'm really excited to show you how you can create your own unique duck! You will have plenty of paint colours, ribbon, decoupage and other decorations to choose from to make the perfect duck to take home! (Please note these are not toys)

We allow up to two hours for this workshop, but many will complete in less time.

Please do not wear your best clothes as the paint will stain clothing.

Bookings are non-refundable unless I cancel but may be transferable to another date within 3 months.

This workshop is suitable for Children aged 4years and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Complementary refreshments including a selection of teas, coffees and squash are all included.

When booking, please purchase the ducks you wish to paint and then book the number of seats you need so I can allow enough space. Max two seat per duck purchased.

Classes are held at Wells Hall Old School in the last hall on your left.
